Young People For (YP4) is a strategic long-term leadership development program that identifies, engages and empowers the newest generation of progressive leaders to create lasting change in their communities.
Our yearlong fellowship program for college students starts with an all-expenses-paid National Summit in Washington, D.C., and provides organizational and financial support for executing meaningful social justice work.

Are you a young progressive who is or wants to be working in the movement? The Leadership Academy can help set you up for a lifetime of success.
For 10 months you’ll get leadership development retreats, mentorship from an established movement leader in your area, one-on-one coaching, networking opportunities, support to attend conferences and more. You can even apply for a paid fellowship. Though YP4 fellows are given first priority, anyone can apply.
